5 HaUI students received the “Lighting up your future” Scholarship in 2021

On September 24th, 2021, Deloitte Vietnam, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) incorporated with universities, academies in Hanoi held the Scholarship awarding ceremony “Lighting up your future season 9”.

ACCA Vietnam (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and Deloitte Vietnam jointly launch a scholarship fund named “Lighting Up Your Future” for high potential university students of business, economics, finance, banking, accounting and auditing who may experience financial difficulties while studying at university.

Having experienced 8 seasons of "Lighting up your future", the Scholarship supports the development of knowledge and skills for hundreds of students in the network, contributes to the creation of human resources with professional competence and skills as well as meets the needs of the labor market.

Overview of the ceremony

5 HaUI students were awarded scholarships, included: Nguyen Thi Thu (Automation major), Ha Thi Huong (Hotel Administration), Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ly (Auditing), Tran Thi Giang (Marketing) and Dinh Thi Hien (Accounting).

At the ceremony, students received scholarships worth 25 million VND with different real values, including Scholarship with valuable professional experience with internships, soft skills training courses at reputable auditing and consulting firms including Deloitte Vietnam; Spiritual scholarships with Coaching and Mentoring programs and cash scholarships (10 million VND) to help pay tuition fees. Students receiving the scholarship will be free to apply for admission and study the subject of Financial Accounting (F3) of the ACCA international career program.
