HaUI Job Fair 2025: A Premier Gateway to High-Quality Employment Opportunities

HaUI Job Fair 2025 welcomed nearly 70 domestic and international enterprises, offering more than 5,000 job opportunities. This significant participation reflects the confidence of businesses in HaUI students and underscores the increasing demand for highly skilled human resources in the contemporary economic landscape.

On March 25, 2025, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính issued Directive No. 10/CT-TTg to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The directive mandates an accelerated and sustainable expansion of SMEs in terms of quantity, quality, scale, and operational efficiency, with a national target of establishing at least one million new enterprises by 2030.

As a result, Vietnam’s labor market is poised to become more dynamic and diversified than ever before, offering a myriad of employment opportunities across various industries. Concurrently, heightened competition among enterprises is anticipated to enhance employee remuneration and working conditions, while simultaneously driving demand for high-caliber professionals trained by reputable institutions.

With 62 undergraduate programs, including 10 English-taught programs and five internationally accredited ABET programs, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) is well-positioned to meet both domestic and international labor market demands. The event, held on March 29, 2025, featured the participation of nearly 70 enterprises across multiple industries, including semiconductor chip design, precision mechanical processing, M&E construction, telecommunications infrastructure, automotive component manufacturing, and textile and dyeing production. This premier recruitment event, eagerly anticipated by both businesses and HaUI students, serves as a vital bridge between academia and industry, thereby fostering the development of a highly skilled workforce essential to national progress.

In the opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phạm Văn Đông, Vice Rector of HaUI, articulated four key avenues for collaboration between the university and enterprises:

1. Expanding international cooperation in training and industrial internships with leading educational institutions and enterprises worldwide.

2. Attracting international students to pursue education and research at HaUI, with financial support from businesses, facilitating their transition into the workforce post-graduation.

3. Investing in state-of-the-art training facilities, including technology, machinery, and equipment, aligned with contemporary corporate production requirements.

4. Encouraging enterprises to collaborate and invest in HaUI’s training programs to jointly develop a highly skilled workforce tailored to industry needs.

Notably, prominent corporations such as Hyundai Kefico Vietnam, Canon Vietnam, and Denso Vietnam actively competed for top HaUI graduates, offering highly attractive remuneration packages and benefits. Ms. Vũ Thị Hương Giang, Vice Director of Human Resources at Best Pacific Vietnam Co., Ltd., and Dr. Lưu Thị Tho, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Garment - Textile Technology and Fashion Design, conferred two prestigious scholarships: one covering 100% of tuition fees for two academic years and the other covering full tuition for one academic year, awarded to two exceptional students from the faculty.

Ms. Nguyễn Khánh Ly, Head of Human Resources at Denso Vietnam, emphasized that individuals with research acumen will be instrumental in fostering corporate innovation, enhancing productivity, and maintaining competitiveness in the global market.
