HaUI-JICA Project Management Meeting 7th

The 7^th meeting of HaUI-JICA project management unit to evaluate the operation of the project from March, 2015 to May, 2015 and to approve the plan for the next 3 months was chaired by Dr. Tran Duc Quy, HaUI President and Head of the Project Management Board on May 22th, 2015.

The 7^th meeting with the participation of representatives of JICA-Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Vocational College of Technology and Technical School of Engineering and Technology as well as functional units of HaUI.

Pham Thi Viet Hoa, Expert Assistant, JICA Vietnam Office, experts from JICA and members of the PMU and project groups as well as representative from Ho Chi Minh Vocational College of Technology and Technical School of Engineering and Technology attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Tran Duc Quy, HaUI President, Head of the PMU

The project groups proposed some modification and received some feedback from the members of the PMU on the operation and outcome of the output activities.

Dr. Ha Xuan Quang – HaUI Vice President, Vice Head of the PMU, gave a summary and outcomes of the last period.

Ending the meeting, Dr. Tran Duc Quy – Head of the PMU acknowledged the outcomes and the plans for the output, and approved the work and plan to be implemented in the coming time.
