During the conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, Director of LETCO, presented the company’s strategic priorities for 2025. These include reinforcing established markets while actively exploring new opportunities, particularly focusing on Germany as a cornerstone for sustainable development. LETCO also aims to finalize product development, enhance operational processes, secure contracts with recruitment and training partners, and explore collaboration opportunities in the Australian market. Furthermore, the company seeks to foster a culture of shared responsibility to ensure seamless coordination between recruitment efforts and market development activities.

In the realm of study abroad programs, LETCO is determined to expand its initiatives by optimizing operational frameworks and fostering stronger collaborations with educational institutions. The company plans to establish joint training programs between Vietnamese colleges and universities and institutions in South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Additionally, vocational study abroad programs and visa transition opportunities in Germany remain key areas of focus for LETCO’s growth strategy.
