VJC students compete in the 2024 Vocational Skills Competition
From November 30 to December 1, 2024, the Vietnam-Japan Center (VJC), Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) hosted its annual Vocational Skills Competition, showcasing the expertise and talent of its students.
The event saw the participation of 95 students currently enrolled at the center, competing in six vocational skill areas: Universal Milling, Universal Turning, Mold Making and Assembly, Arc Welding, Electronic Circuit Design, and Electrical Installation.
The competition concluded with the organizers awarding a total of 38 prizes, including six First Prizes, six Second Prizes, 12 Third Prizes, and 14 Consolation Prizes
Addressing the students at the event, Dr. Nguyễn Xuân Chung, Director of the Vietnam-Japan Center, extended his congratulations to all participants. He emphasized that the center equips students with in-depth professional knowledge and essential soft skills to become skilled technicians and technical experts.
Students at the Vietnam-Japan Center benefit from hands-on training using state-of-the-art equipment based on advanced Japanese technology, preparing them for successful careers in their fields.
The competition highlighted the commitment of HaUI and the Vietnam-Japan Center to fostering technical excellence and innovation among its students, further strengthening their readiness to meet industry demands.
