Opportunity to compete at the WorldSkills 2021 for HaUI students

On October 24th, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with Denso Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized a workshop on recruiting candidates to compete at the WorldSkills Shanghai 2021. Hundreds of HaUI students attended the seminar with the hope of becoming a candidate representing Vietnam to take part in the Competition.

At the seminar, representatives of DESO Vietnam gave an introduction about the Company, then discussed with students about the opportunities and benefits for successful candidates, such as: to be recruited and earn full salary in the training process; to be trained Japanese language to be able to communicate, working with Japanese and Vietnamese experts; to be trained CNC Milling/CNC Turning; to improve skills at Denso Vietnam and other countries (Japan, Thailand, Indonesia ...), representing Denso Vietnam and Vietnam National Team participating WorldSkills Shanghai 2021; to receive a reward from Denso and have the opportunity to work in job positions that need high skills in Denso Vietnam…

Denso will also coordinate with HaUI to guarantee the procedure to complete the course at the University after attending the WorldSkills and will still be paid during that time.

The 45th WorldSkills Kazan 2019 was held for the first time in Russia. More than 1,300 contestants competed in 56 skill competitions across six skills sectors: Construction and Building Technology, Creative Arts and Fashion, Information and Communication Technology, Manufacturing and Engineering Technology, Social and Personal Services, Transportation and Logistics.

Việt Nam ranks 25 among 63 countries and territories at the competition this year and had 19 competitors competing in 18 skills. The delegation achieved the best performance in 7 times participating in the world skills competition as winning a Silver medal and 8 contestants having the Medallion of Excellent certificates.
