Cyber security seminars for HaUI students

Performing the task of training IT usage skills for students - future technicians of the country, from the early of October 2019 up to now, Center for Information Technology, Hanoi University of Industry has organized seminars with urgent topics: "Information security for the last users", "Information security on cyberspace" and "The thinking of professional slides designing". 10 seminars held at campuses in Hanoi and Hanam had attracted more than 4,000 students.

The seminars were organized to provide students with the necessary knowledge to integrate into the global and digital world. Guiding them on how to exploit the rich and diversified digital resources but also be aware of ensuring information security. First of all, personal details, followed by the information of the company, businesses, and beyond that of the nation. The students were equipped with the necessary skills to become smart netizens which is the main message of the workshop.

Particularly, only the two sessions on the topic "The thinking of professional slides designing" had been having nearly 2,000 students attended. Although in a short time, the expert has inspired students to be creative based on the knowledge of professional design with an impressive style in products and presentation.

Nguyen Thanh Nam - a student of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing excitedly shared: “Today seminar is very interesting, I learned a lot of the knowledge on how to present a beautiful and modern slide. I hope the university and the IT centre will regularly organize more workshops like this so that we can learn new things about technology”.

In the coming time, the IT Center continues to organize seminars with many interesting and practical topics to facilitate Hanoi University of Industry students to be ready to immerse themselves in technology and contribute to the country, building up themselves in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0.
