44 students won prizes in HaUI Mathematics and Physics Olympiad
On the afternoon of November 27, 2020, Hanoi University of Industry held the Closing Ceremony of the HaUI Mathematics and Physics Olympiad in 2020. 44 out of 368 students won prizes at the competition.
Overview of the Closing Ceremony
The Olympiad aims to improve the quality of teaching. It is a chance to evoke students' passion for Mathematics and Physics, support them to learn basic scientific knowledge. The competition is also to select and foster the Mathematics and Physics Olympiad team at all levels.
This is an annual activity of the university organized by the Faculty of Fundamental Sciences, attracting the participation of 368 students (334 in Math and 34 in Physics) who have passion for Mathematics (Calculus, Algebra and Advanced Math) and Physics (Heat, Optical - Nuclear, Experiment).
Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Vice Rector of HaUI awarded First prizes to winners
Through the writing and practice rounds, the Organizing Committee marked and awarded a total of 44 prizes, including: 30 prizes in mathematics (04 First prizes, 06 Second prizes, 09 Third prizes and 11 Consolation prizes) and 14 prizes in physics (03 First prizes, 03 Second prizes, 05 Third prizes and 03 Consolation prizes).
