Hanoi University of Industry and Ajou Motor College (Korea) signed a Memorandum of Understanding
On July 12, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and Ajou Motor College - Korea (AMC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation for the period 2022 – 2025. This is a significant milestone, creating opportunities for both parties to collaborate in training, scientific research, academic and student exchange.
Overview of the Signing ceremony between HaUI and AMC
Attending the Signing ceremony, on the side of Hanoi University of Industry, there were the attendance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Duc Quy - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University; Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc - Vice Rector; Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung - Deputy Director of Letco Company - HaUI; Dr. Le Viet Anh - Director of Center for International Cooperation.
On the side of Ajou Motor College, there were the attendance of Dr. Soohun Lee - Rector of AMC; Prof. Dr. Jeong Soon Kim - Head of International Cooperation Department and Prof. Dr. Kwone Kim - Faculty of Automotive Engineering.

At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Duc Quy - Rector of the University highly appreciated the positive results in cooperation between Hanoi University of Industry and Ajou Motor College since 2016. In the past 5 years of cooperation, AMC has received 67 students introduced by LETCO to study automotive technology and got E7 employment visa (visa for skilled workers and engineers).
The Rector emphasized: On the basis of strengthening cooperation with partners and especially AMC, Hanoi University of Industry hopes that the specific characteristics of the technology sector in general and automotive technology in particular will make breakthroughs and comprehensive development between the two schools in the coming time. The cooperation of the two schools continues to open up new learning and teaching opportunities such as student exchange programs, cooperation in training and research, etc., together bringing practical values to learners and society.

As the representative of Ajou Motor College, Dr. Soohun Lee thanked the University for its cooperation and support to AMC over the years. Rector of AMC appreciates the cooperative relationship between the two sides. Dr. Soohun Lee is committed to having a deeper cooperation with Hanoi University of Industry to enhance the HaUI-AMC relationship.

Ajou Motor College (AMC) which was established in 1995 is an automotive training college in Korea (The College is under the auspices of DAEWOO FOUNDATION). The College offers training in 7 majors including Automotive Design, Automotive Design and Development, Automotive Tune-up Control Engineering, Automobile Control and Diagnosis Technology, Automobile Digital Tuning, Hybrid and Electric Vehicle, and Motorsports. After graduation, foreign students will be assisted to get jobs in automobile manufacturers or in companies with related fields and get an E7 Visa.
