Hanoi University of Industry strengthens ties with LG Electronics Development Vietnam and LG CNS Vietnam
In a significant step towards fostering collaboration in education and industry, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) has officially signed a Cooperation Agreement with LG Electronics Development Vietnam (LGEDV) and LG CNS Vietnam (LGCNS). The agreement, inked on November 29, was presided over by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Dong, the Vice Rector of HaUI.

The memorandum of agreement between HaUI and LGEDV, LGCNS outlines several key initiatives aimed at enhancing the educational experience and career prospects for students at the university. One notable provision is the opportunity for outstanding HaUI students to receive scholarships. Additionally, LGEDV and LGCNS will collaborate with the university to sponsor events related to the Information Technology field, provide internship opportunities, and actively recruit graduates.

During the working session, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of HaUI, highlighted the university's impressive achievements over its 125 years of construction and development. He emphasized that the signing ceremony marked a new milestone in the university's journey, signifying an era of extensive and effective collaboration in training and improving the quality of human resources in the Information Technology sector.
With foreign-invested enterprises increasingly investing in Vietnam's chip and semiconductor industry, the focus on training high-quality human resources becomes paramount. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Dong expressed HaUI's eagerness to expand cooperation with LGEDV and LGCNS not only in the field of Information Technology but also in other areas such as mechanics and automation.
