HaUI Lecturers Provided Training of Basic Operation of Machining Center for Nagatsu Vietnam

On 9-27 April, the group of HaUI lecturers from VJC and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering provided the three-week training course on basic operation of machining centers for two technicians of Nagatsu Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The course consists of 13 modules including: measurement tools; setting up work pieces; mechanical drawing; basics of NC control panel; setting jigs; setting cutting tools; tool length compensation; defining the reference points of work pieces; data key-in; adjustment of programs; trial cut and adjustment of accuracy; real cut; and finishing and maintenance of machining centers and tools. Through this activity which contributes to Output 1 of the project. HaUI learned how to formulate the training course based on industry’s needs.
