"Greeting Card Designing" contest to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day

There is a profession of chalk dust full of hands, the highest of all noble professions which is teacher. In November, in the autumn sun, the autumn wind, in the joy of the first days of the new academic year, students of the Faculty of Business Administration sent their gratitude to teachers in a "Greeting Card Designing" contest to celebrate Vietnam Teachers' Day of November 20th. The contest was held by the Faculty of Business Administration on the morning of November 13th, 2020.

This is an opportunity for students to express their respect, trust, and gratitude to their teachers through lovely cards and warm greetings. In just 4 weeks, the contest attracted 50 classes in the Faculty of Business Administration to participate. Those cards were meticulously designed, sophisticated, creative in form and profound in content.

The cards were marked according to 08 criteria, including: Concise and meaningful topic for Vietnamese Teachers' Day (1 mark); Good & emotional articles with clear messages (2 marks); Beautiful pictures/paintings (2 marks); Color (0.5 mark); Layout (0.5 mark); Handwriting (0.5 mark); Creativity, originality (1.5 marks); Presentation (2 marks).

Class DHQTKD5-K14 won the First prize

The jury selected the best cards to award: class DHQTKD5-K14 won the First prize; 02 second prizes awarded to class UEB2-K13, UEB-K12; 03 third prizes belonged to classes QTNL2-K12, DHMarrketing-K14 and QTNL2-K13. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 10 Consolation prizes.

Vietnamese’s Teachers’ Day is a very meaningful and noble day. On November 20th 1982, the first nationwide celebration was grandly held. From that day on, the particular 20th has become one of the most traditional and important day for its country education sector, honoring every single individual that has contributed to the development of said sector and their achievements to grow the new future, their students.
