Chief Office Representative of JICA Vietnam and representatives of JICA Project Management - HaUI visited and worked with Hanoi University of Industry

In the morning of August 05^th 2013, Mr. Mutsuya MORI - Chief Office Representative of JICA Vietnam and Mr. Phuong Hoang Kim – Director of Human Resources Development Department, Mr. Ho Quang Trung - Director of International Cooperation Department (Ministry of Trade and Industry) visited and worked with the HaUI executive Board.

Dr. Tran Duc Quy – Rector; Mr. Ha Xuan Quang – Vice Rector; Director of Training Department, Administrative – Personnel Department, International Cooperation Department, Vietnam – Japan Center warmly welcomed the delegation.

On behalf of the HaUI executive Board, Dr. Tran Duc Quy – Rector briefly introduced Hanoi University of Industry and reported result of the JICA – HaUI phase 2; result of the JICA – HaUI phase 3 to present. Rector particularly emphasized the importance of cooperation of JICA supported and development of Hanoi University of Industry.

At the meeting, Mr. Mutsuya MORI committed to ensuring resources such as sending experts and equipment necessary to perform JICA-HaUI Project - Phase 3. Mr. Phuong Hoang Kim – Director of Human Resources Development Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade, Director of JICA- HaUI phase 3 also committed to prepare the human resources to implement the project.

At the end of the meeting, the delegation visited Vietnam-Japan Center and appreciated the work of maintenance, system maintenance machinery financed by JICA, especially university implemented the 5S activities very well.
