HaUI hosts International Conference on Research in Management and Technovation (ICRMAT 2021)

On December 10, 2021, the International Conference on Research in Management and Technovation 2021 (ICRMAT 2021) officially took place at Hanoi University of Industry.

Due to the complication of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ICRMAT 21 was organized both in online and offline forms. The conference attracted scientists from different universities and research institutes throughout the country and all over the world such as Poland, China, India, the Philippines and Malaysia.

Overview of ICRMAT 2021

Speaking at the opening session, Dr. Bui Thi Ngan - Vice-Rector of HaUI welcomed experts, speakers, researchers and guests to the Conference. Dr. Ngan emphasized: “The conference provided an opportunity for experts and speakers to share and exchange their experiences in academics, teaching and in-depth research in the fields of Management, Accounting, Auditing and advanced trends. Development of Innovations and advancements to leave no one behind but all countries should be using these technological advances to help each other. Hanoi University of Industry wishes to exchange with scientists more deeply and broadly on new issues related to Management, Accounting and Auditing.”

At this conference, 96 scientific reports were sent to the organizing committee. 54 papers were selected to be presented at the conference which was divided into 6 sessions. The conference gathered views, perspectives and multi-dimensional analysis in the following topics: Human resource management; Production Management; Marketing; Accounting; Auditing; Business administration and economics in the context of Covid-19; Business administration; Economics, Tourism - Hotel; Finance - Banking; Science and Technology.

The Conference welcomed 06 key speakers: Dr. Monika Eisenbardt - Department of Business Informatics and International Accounting, University of Economics, Poland; Asso.Prof.Dr. Trung Thanh Le - Graduate School, National Economics University, Vietnam; Mr. Sharath Martin - ACCA’s Regional Consultant; Dr. Le Thai Phong - Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University, Hanoi, Vietnam; Dr. Shivani Agarwal - KIET School of Management, India; Asso.Prof.Dr. Anurika Vaish - Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Information Technology – Allahabad, Prayagraj, India.

Scientists had lively and enthusiastic exchanges about the scientific contents. Accepted research papers will be published in full version in the Annals of Computer Science and Information Systems, Poland (ISSN: 2300-5963). In particular, high-quality articles will be selected for publication in La Revista Ingeniería Solidaria (ISSN: 1900-3102/ eISSN: 2357-6014) under the ISI journal list.
