HaUI's Students commence the environmental protection campaign

On the morning of 14th January, 2017, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with the police of Hanoi held a ceremony to launch a campaign to protect environment for a “Green-Clean-Beautiful City & Peaceful Life”.

Representatives of the Division PA83 - Hanoi Police Department, Women’s Associates of Bac Tu Liem District, leaders and representatives of Minh Khai Ward with Managing Board, the functional units and nearly 500 students of the university attended the ceremony.

In recent years, Hanoi University of Industry has always required units and students throughout the university to implement environmental sanitation in the areas of administrative offices, classroom areas, dormitory and so on, advocated to raise awareness of every individual in preserving and cleaning surrounding areas. The university has also maintained regular activities throughout 5S program and implements the model - "Green Lecture Hall, Green dorm, Green - clean – beautiful university" to preserve the sceneries of a training unit, contributing to the green city.

The the school year 2016 - 2017, Hanoi University of Industry will continue to promote environmental protection activities; educate students to raise their awareness about environment protection in order to enhance the pioneering spirits in volunteering activities for environmental protection. Particularly, the propaganda will be promoted with slogans and actions will be integrated flexibly in the meetings of clubs, teams, groups of students to improve awareness and responsibility of every student to preserve and protect the environment.
