Attending the meeting were Ms.Ho Thi Kim Thoa - Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, representatives of: Vietnam Industrial and Commercial Union, the Party Committee of Hanoi Industrial block, the Organization and Personnel Department, Emulation and Reward-Ministry Commerce and Industry and a number of senior specialists of the Ministry of Industry and Trade,Vietnam Industrial and Commercial union, the Standing Party Committee of Hanoi Industrial block.

To the Hanoi University of Industry, Mr. Tran Duc Quy - The school principal, Mr. Ha Xuan Quang - Party Secretary, Vice Rector; Party Executive Committee, Board of; Union Standing; Youth, Head of Women, Chief Inspector people and nearly 500 delegate selected from the conference of officials of 33 units in the field.

The meeting heard Dr.Tran Duc Quy through implementation of the resolutions reported conference of officials in 2011 and orientations and tasks of the school in 2012 at the same time answering the comments are compiled from the official conference of the facility.
