Graduation Ceremony for 29 New Graduates of the Distance Learning Program in English Linguistics

On January 16, 2024, the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Tourism at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) held a graduation ceremony to confer bachelor’s degrees on 29 graduates of the Distance Learning Program in English Linguistics.

The ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ba Phong, Vice Headmaster of School of Foreign Languages and Tourism; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thuy Nga, Dean of the English Faculty; along with representatives from various departments, centers, and the management team of the Distance Learning Center. The presence of 29 graduates added to the event’s celebratory and meaningful atmosphere.

In his address, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ba Phong acknowledged the professional backgrounds of most graduates, many of whom are currently working in organizations and agencies. He expressed confidence that the knowledge and experience gained during their studies would empower them to excel further in their careers."Your success is not only a source of pride for yourselves but also a testament to HaUI’s reputation for high-quality education," he remarked.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Hung Cuong shared his thoughts, expressing his admiration for the program's systematic structure and clear roadmap for developing language skills. He also praised the dedication and inspiration provided by the teaching staff. "The lecturers not only impart knowledge but also inspire us to confidently pursue our dreams and aspirations," he said.

Closing the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ba Phong offered words of encouragement: "I hope that from today onward, you will continue striving in your work and research, contributing to the university’s reputation. HaUI will always support and accompany you in realizing your ambitions."
