Opportunity to become an engineer at LG Display Hai Phong

On November 8th, 2019, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with LG Display Co., Ltd. In Haiphong, Vietnam (LGDHP) organized an internship and employment opportunity workshop for graduated, K11 University and K19 College students.

Overview of the workshop

For students who have graduated from University level, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing, Metal Cutting, Electrical, Automation, Cold Thermal, Electronics, and Automotive Industry will have chances to become engineers or technicians working at LGDHP. The representative of the company emphasized that the business has cooperated with Hanoi University of Industry for many years, and every seminar was a big success in employing the prospect staffs for the organization. “We really appreciate the ability to work as well as the soft skills that HaUI students show. We hope that after this seminar, more HaUI students will join the shared house of LGDHP”, said the representative.

Excited to have an attractive place for job application, Nguyen Van Nam - a student from the Faculty of Electronics Engineering Technology said: “My house is about 20km from the company in Hai Phong, so I hope I will be accepted to the position of an engineer to work there”.

For many years, HaUI has cooperated with more than 2000 domestic and foreign enterprises, offering students many internships as well as attractive job positions. The percentage of students having jobs right after 6 months to 1 year is over 95%, some majors reach over 98%. Many internships and job opportunities like this workshop are held regularly by the university in order to provide maximum support for students preparing to graduate and ensure their prospect future.
