Dinh Ngoc Cuong graduated as a computer-science engineer at Hanoi University of Industry. After about 2 years of working in the right sector of his professional, “the provincial IT guy” made a bold decision. He left the steady IT job with a salary up to $1000 and jumped into a new sector: Marketing Online.

When stepping into a new field, Cuong faces alot of difficulties and failures at the beginning. The 90s-born man felt that he did not know what he could rely on because he lack of basic knowledge, network and communication skills. In addition, the job is not his profession. He went to the interviews, worked as an intern at many Marketing agencies but left after a short time. The pressure of anunstable job and income on him was heavy.

Instead of discouraged by the difficulties at the beginning, Cuong kept up learning. He applied for Intern at a Marketing agency and learned from the experienced. Simultaneously, he attended the seminars, conferences and workshops about the subject. After getting basic knowledge, Cuong continued to dig deeper and come to learn from the experts of the sector.

Cuong said 80 percent of success comes from effort and the rest is opportunity. When other colleague left theoffice, he stayed working. Sometimes he worked 15 hour a day. Gradually, the manager chose Cuong to execute important projects. He became the leader of the team.
After having enough knowledge and setting up a social network, Cuong made a bold decision again. He quit the job and found the Vietime Media Company with some friends. Throughout many year, Vietime Media had massivesuccess in organizing events, marketing for enterprises, brand building... Cuong himself become a Marketing Online expert, lead his company to be a great marketing agency in the market. He also supported the young who have a passion for start-up in this sector. At the meantime, he is stepping in real estate sector with his project Vietime Land.
