For nearly 10 years dedicated to the field of forensic engineering, Lieutenant Dang Minh Dong has consistently upheld a sense of responsibility, continuously pursued learning, accumulated experience, and excellently fulfilled all assigned tasks.

In 2003, after graduating from the Faculty of Chemical Technology at Hanoi University of Industry, Mr. Dang Minh Dong (currently a forensic technical examiner at the provincial police department) was recruited into the police force. During his career, he participated in numerous specialized training courses, and within just four years in the field, he was appointed as a forensic technical examiner specializing in chemistry.

For nearly a decade dedicated to the field of forensic engineering, Lieutenant Dang Minh Dong has consistently emphasized a sense of responsibility, and the accumulation of experience, excelling in all assigned tasks. Tasked with forensic examinations related to chemicals and drugs, Lieutenant Dong consistently performs his duties with timeliness, objectivity, accuracy, and efficiency, serving the investigative, prosecutorial, and judicial needs of the province.

His work often involves contact with hazardous chemicals, which can have a significant impact on health. However, in his role as the leader of the forensic technical examination team specializing in drug chemistry, he consistently upholds a sense of responsibility and is undeterred by difficulties and challenges. He goes above and beyond regular working hours to ensure timely investigative work, especially for cases requiring urgent attention within 24 hours.

Every year, the Forensic Technical Division of the provincial police department receives over 300 cases for forensic examinations related to drugs and chemicals. As the on-duty forensic examiner, Lieutenant Dang Minh Dong directly handles most of these cases, including their collection and examination. At times when the workload is intense, he takes on cases even during the night, weekends, and holidays. In June 2023, during a high-intensity month for combatting drug-related crimes, Lieutenant Dang Minh Dong received and handled 68 out of 70 cases related to drug chemistry.

Despite the heavy workload and significant responsibilities, Lieutenant Dang Minh Dong consistently excels in all tasks assigned to him. His sense of responsibility, diligence, and dedication to his profession serve as an exemplary model for his colleagues and fellow officers.
