HaUI students triump at Vietnam Informatics Olympiad, Procon and ICPC Asia Cantho Regional contest 2020

The 29th Vietnam Informatics Olympiad (OLP), International Programming Contest (Procon) and International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) Asia Can Tho Regional contest 2020 took place in Can Tho from December 8 - 12. HaUI students excellently won 1 First prize and 3 Third prizes.

Lecturers and students from Faculty of Information Technology, Hanoi University of Industry attended the 29th OLP, Procon and ICPC Asia 2020

About 700 students from 64 international, domestic universities and colleges have registered to take part in the events, hosted by Can Tho University. This is an annual playground co-organized by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Vietnam Informatics Association and the Vietnam Student Association.

HaUI team won the First prize

HaUI team with 10 students from the Faculty of Information Technology took part in 07 contents of the contest. They excellently won 1 First prize and 3 Third prizes: 1 First Prize in the OLP for informatics specialized universities; 1 third prize for ICPC Online contest - the Central and Northern region round; 1 Third Prize in the Procon and the last Third Prize in the OLP for informatics specialized universities. Their achievements continue to affirm the tradition and depth of training in applied technology of Hanoi University of Industry.
