Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of HaUI, highlighted the robust development of friendly relations between Vietnam and Japan. HaUI's commitment to international cooperation and educational exchange has garnered support from major partners such as JICA, Mitsubishi, and Nissan.

The effective investment made by the Human Resources Training and Supply Company affiliated with HaUI, known as LETCO Company, has significantly contributed to the success of the university's initiatives. This strategic investment has facilitated the expansion of educational programs and paved the way for the School to send more than 3,000 international students to study abroad in Japan. This accomplishment underscores the commitment of HaUI to providing global learning experiences and preparing students for the challenges and opportunities in the international job market.

Recognizing the importance of language proficiency in fostering successful international experiences, Miyagi Prefecture has pledged to establish a Japanese language school. This initiative aims to create a supportive and motivating learning environment, encouraging more foreign students, including those from HaUI, to immerse themselves in Japanese language education. The program not only focuses on linguistic skills but also emphasizes cultural exchange, enabling students to interact with locals and participate in regional festivals.

To make these opportunities more accessible, HaUI students participating in the program will benefit from financial support. The support includes a 50% reduction in tuition fees and assistance with living expenses, making studying and working in Japan more financially viable for HaUI students. This commitment reflects the joint efforts of Miyagi Prefecture and HaUI to provide a well-rounded and inclusive experience for international students.
