ICISN 2025: Groundbreaking Advances in Intelligent Systems and Networks Research
The International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Networks (ICISN 2025) occurred at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) from March 22 to 23, 2025. This prestigious event served as a platform for discussing emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in intelligent systems and networks, fostering interdisciplinary research across various domains.
Overview of the ICISN 2025
In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of HaUI and Co-Chair of ICISN 2025, emphasized the conference's importance in providing a crucial forum for information technology and telecommunications scientists to exchange ideas and address pressing issues. He highlighted the growing interest and participation from governmental agencies and national and international researchers, reflecting the field's significance in driving technological innovation, digital transformation, and scientific breakthroughs.

ICISN 2025 welcomed enthusiastic participation from scientists representing ten countries. The conference featured three keynote speeches in the plenary session and hundreds of research presentations across five main tracks and nineteen sub-sessions.
The conference's core topics covered ten fundamental areas, including computing science foundations, signal processing, intelligent computing for language and speech processing, computer networks and distributed communication, software engineering and development methodologies, and microwave, antenna, and wave transmission engineering. Notably, keynote presentations from leading global scholars provided crucial insights into the current and future reliance of intelligent systems and networks on security and emerging technologies. The increasing demand for multi-generational network mobility, security standards, and smart system safety solutions for users has become a pressing need in today's digital landscape.

During the plenary session, prominent professors and international experts shared their latest research on globally relevant topics. Among them:
Prof. Dr. Reza Hoseinnezhad from RMIT University, Australia, delivered a presentation on "Distributed Information Fusion for Multi-Target Tracking", a key topic in signal processing and recognition.
Prof. Dr. Le Thi Hoai An from the University of Lorraine, France, presented "The Power of DCA in Optimizing Intelligent Communication Systems", introducing new approaches to designing and operating modern communication systems.
Prof. Dr. Asadullah Shah from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) discussed "Partial Face Occlusion Detection and Recognition in Low-Light Images Using Deep Learning for Surveillance and Security", contributing significant advancements in AI applications for security.
The research papers presented at ICISN 2025 have been published in the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems series by Springer and indexed in Scopus with a Q4 ranking.
ICISN 2025 successfully created a collaborative forum for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and technological advancement. The conference underscored the power of international cooperation in addressing global challenges and fostering sustainable scientific and technological development.
