Sharing experiences for vocational training to meet social demand

On 10/10/2014, representatives from 13 training centers in Vietnam met and worked with JICA experts in HaUI to share experiences for vocational training to meet social demand.

At the meeting, HaUI Vice President Dr. Ha Xuan Quang said the fast development of the university as well as the success of the project resulted from the high consensus among staffs and effective support from JICA (Japan)

In order to gain considerable achievements, the university gave priority to fostering the teaching staff to master the modern technology of the region and the world. Also, the university figured out that training activities must be in accordance with employment trends. Furthermore, it is important to closely cooperate with enterprises because a good employment prospect will help to enhance enrolment.

Over the past 10 years, HaUI has witnessed the fast development with the expanded training scale with upgraded quality. With the effective support from JICA, HaUI has built its own vocational training model and continued to complete it with 3 key fields including Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering and Electronics. It is, in fact, a suitable model for vocational training centers in Vietnam.
