He emphasized HaUI's commitment to expanding its cooperative efforts with YOTOO in establishing the proposed Center for Practicing Skills Training and Employment Services. In response to the evolving demands of the labor market, Hanoi University of Industry has proactively adopted an enterprise model within the university. This model ensures a seamless integration of training activities with societal needs, providing a robust framework for students to gain practical skills and secure job opportunities. The enterprise model also serves as a vital link between academic training and professional practice, bridging the gap between education and employment.

HaUI has a history of successful collaborations with major corporations and businesses from China, including Foxconn, Luxshare, and JA Solar. The cooperation with YOTOO represents a continuation of this strategy, promising to enhance the quality of education and professional readiness of HaUI students.

The proposed Center for Practicing Skills Training and Employment Services marks a significant step in HaUI's mission to provide students with practical, job-ready skills. This initiative aligns with the university's broader goals of fostering international partnerships and continuously improving its educational programs to meet the dynamic needs of the global labor market.

By leveraging YOTOO's expertise and HaUI's established educational infrastructure, this collaboration aims to create a state-of-the-art training center that will benefit students, educators, and employers alike. As HaUI and YOTOO move forward with this partnership, they set a precedent for innovative and impactful educational collaborations in the region.
