On March 16, 2025, the Ministry of Education and Training organized the Admission and Career Counseling Day, an annual event aimed at guiding students as they prepare for university enrollment. HaUI's booth was a focal point for many attendees, as they sought information on admission requirements, academic programs, and career prospects associated with different fields of study.

On the mornings of September 10 and 11, Hanoi University of Industry welcomed over 1,000 new undergraduate students in the fields of language studies, chemical technology, garment technology, and fashion design at Hanoi campus; more than 6,000 ones in the areas of Economics, Tourism, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, and Automotive Engineering at Ha Nam campus.

On May 8, 2022, The Admission Consultation and Career Orientation Day 2022 was organized at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. This year, the consultancy space of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) attracted over 14,000 high school students and parents come to find out about enrollment information, which shows the attraction, prestige and reputation of of Hanoi University of Industry.
