On the morning of 12th September 2016, Mr. Yasuyoshi Shirai - a JICA mechanic expert greeted the Rector before taking short-term tasks in HaUI - JICA Project.

On the morning of October 3rd, the delegation of Kunjang College (Korea) visited and worked with the university. Dr. Bui Thi Ngan - Vice Rector and representatives of the International Cooperation Department, LETCO company welcomed the delegation.

In the morning of August 25, 2016, Ms. Bui Thi Ngan, Vice Rector of HAUI, together with the director of Center for enterprise partnership and vocational skill assessment showed their warm welcome to the representatives of Saitama Support Desk Company (Japan) and had a working day with SSD.

At the invitation of Dr. Tran Duc Quy- Rector of HaUI, his counterpart of Guilin University of Electronic Technology Gu Tian Long and Director of International Cooperation Institute Zhao Ming paid a visit to the university. On October 26th, 2015, during its working visit to Vietnam, Saitama prefecture delegation, led by its Governor Ueda Kiyoshi, made a visit to HaUI. The delegation was well-received by Dr. Tran Duc Quy- Rector of HaUI, along with the representatives of LETCO and experts of HaUI-JICA project.

Within the framework of the Seminar on Apprenticeships and Work VISA Transfer in Korea program,working group of Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy in Korea, Centre for National Mechanical Engineering Industry Promotion worked with President of HaUI in the afternoon of April 21^st 2015.
