In a recent workshop titled "How to Survive in the AI World" Mr. Hoang Nam Tien - Vice Chairman of the FPT University Council, shared invaluable insights with students of the Faculty of Information Technology at Hanoi University of Industry.
The workshop "How to Survive in the AI World"
Mr. Tien's message resonated not only with those pursuing careers in technology but with anyone navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI). He emphasized the transformative power of AI and urged students to embrace it rather than fear it.
His advice to young minds entering this AI-centric era was clear: aspire to become the owner of AI, harness its potential for creativity, and utilize it to serve personal goals. Mr. Tien suggested making the university years, a period typically associated with academic pursuits, the most vibrant and enriching time of one's life. He encouraged students to shift their focus from mindless scrolling on social media to more meaningful interactions with themselves and their families.

One notable piece of advice was to cultivate a habit of continuous learning. Mr. Tien emphasized that education shouldn't conclude after leaving the structured environment of a university. Instead, he advocated for a commitment to lifelong learning as a means to continually enhance skills, forge a successful career, and pursue personal and familial aspirations.
The notion of self-improvement through daily learning was a central theme in Mr. Tien's address. He underscored the importance of studying every day as a deliberate effort to evolve into a superior version of oneself. This, he argued, is a powerful strategy not only for professional success but for personal fulfillment as well. In essence, each day offers an opportunity to outshine the person you were yesterday, and by seizing that opportunity, you become not just a survivor but a driver of change in the AI world and beyond.
