JICA Mission for Phase 4 Planning meets Hanoi University of Industry

In the morning of the 6^th December 2016, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) received JICA Mission, Ms. Namura as JICA Mission Consultant, for “Technical Cooperation in Vocational Training sector – Phase 4 Project”.

Attendants of HaUI side included Dr. Bùi Thị Ngân, Vice Rector of HaUI and Deputy Manager of HaUI-JICA Project, heads of Administrative-Personnel, Accounting-Finance, Training, International Cooperation departments, Vietnam-Japan Center (VJC), and Center for Enterprise Partnership and Vocational Skills Assessment (CPA).

The meeting was the very first step of Phase 4 Project for technical cooperation in vocational training sector supported by the Government of Japan. With achivements of HaUI-JICA 3 Project, the next Phase Project would be comprehensive cooperation opportunity at new level between HaUI and JICA for improving vocational training quality in Vietnam.

Through outcomes and achivements of three projects supported by JICA at HaUI, Ms. Namura revealed that this is one of the most fruitful cooperation models supported by JICA in Vietnam. In such sense, HaUI has become one of leading institutions in enterprise partnership activity to integrate theory and practicaltraining based on actual needs of industry.

Attaintments of the meeting would be foundation for the two sides to continue further discussion regarding future Phase 4 project.
