The 4^th Joint Coordination Committee Meeting Organized

On 17^thDecember 2015, Mr.Phuong Hoang Kim, Director General of Department of Human Resources Development of MOIT doubles as Project Director chaired the 4^th Joint Coordination Committee Meeting (JCC Meeting).

Mr. Phuong Hoang Kim, Director General of Department of Human Resources Development of MOIT cum Project Director stated at the meeting

JCC received participation from 6 sides including MOIT, GDVT, MOPI, JICA and HaUI management boards.

In attention to JCC members, Mr. KakiokaNaoki, Deputy Representative of JICA Vietnam Office, Mr. Takashi Matsushita, Senior Advisor of JICA Vietnam Office, staffs of Department of Human Resources Development of MOIT, experts of JICA Vietnam Office, leaders of TTC, Ho Chi Minh Vocational College and members of project management unit and head of sub-working group members of HaUI-JICA project.

Dr. Ha XuanQuang explained visible charts and outcomes of project‘s activities to Mr. FumihikoOkiura, Deputy Representative of JICA Vietnam Office

Dr. Ha XuanQuang, Vice Rector of HaUI cum Deputy Project Management Unit made a brief report of obtained project activities and results from June 2015 to November 2015, proposed action plan from December 2015 to May 2016 and explained visible charts of project activities shown in the meeting to participants.

At the discussion session, JCC received ideas from JICA Vietnam Office, GDVT, MOLISA and TTC.

Most ideas focus on how to develop and implement effectively the TOT model which meets actual needs, suits vocational training development strategy and disseminate HaUI’s technical model to all vocational training system in Vietnam.

Dr. Tran DucQuy, Rector of HaUI cum Project Manager emphasized that HaUI-JICA project and JCC would receive contributing comments, ideas to revise action plan which helps disseminate HaUI’s technical model to all vocational training system in Vietnam.
