2 Students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry won Silver Medals at the World Skills Competition 2022
Nguyen Thanh Tung and Nguyen Xuan Thai - 2 students from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) excellently won Silver Medals with CNC Milling and CNC Turning at the 46th World Skills Competition held in Germany.
Nguyen Thanh Tung and Nguyen Xuan Thai, students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry, were trained and selected by DENSO Vietnam for the World Skills Competition in 2022. Xuan Thai and Thanh Tung had a rigorous training period (from June 2021 to September 2022).

Nguyen Xuan Thai shared: The cooperation program between Hanoi University of Industry and Denso Vietnam has provided a great opportunity for Thai and Tung to represent HaUI’s students and Vietnamese students to participate in the world-class competition.
Nguyen Thanh Tung and Nguyen Xuan Thai (holding the flag) won silver medals at the World Skills Competition in 2022.
Up to now, this is the best achievement of the Vietnamese delegation participating in the World Skills Competition. Before that, Vietnam once won a silver medal in 2019, also with CNC milling.
