On November 9, 2024, at the Ha Nam training facility, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) held a seminar titled "Gen Z Students: Live Proactively & Positively." Addressing Psychological Challenges of Student Life

In her address, Dr. Nguyen Thi Trang from the National Academy of Public Administration discussed the psychological hurdles many students face when transitioning to university life, particularly when moving away from home. She highlighted the challenges of adapting to a new academic and social environment, which often leads to feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and disorientation.

MSc. Nguyen Quyet Thang, Director of the Center for Women and Children's Skills at the Vietnam Association of Psychology and Education, tackled the often-overlooked subject of reproductive health.
