Ceremony of Conferring Decisions on Appointment of Administrative Officials and Appointment of Associate Professors

On January 25th, Hanoi University of Industry organized a ceremony to confer appointment decisions and assign duties to 17 managerial officials, announcing the appointment of 03 Associate Professors, and commending groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the academic years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.

Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc – Rector of Hanoi University of Industry affirmed: HaUI is undergoing a robust restructuring, including adjusting the organizational model by establishing new affiliated schools based on restructuring existing faculties, enhancing decentralization, delegation, and autonomy. Organizational restructuring demands a shift in the focus of human resource management from quantity to quality.

Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc expressed confidence that with their capabilities and experiences accumulated over the years, along with the unity and support from the university leadership and units, the appointed managerial officials, and newly appointed Associate Professors will effectively fulfill their assigned tasks. The university leadership hopes that officials and faculty members in their new roles will continue to strive for excellence, uphold a strong sense of responsibility, lead in teaching and scientific research activities, contributing to the innovation and development process of Hanoi University of Industry.
