Sometimes the entire value of the factory, investment equipment, products, goods, and services is still lower than the value of the brand names owned by the enterprise. Therefore, the implementation of trademark registration is not only a necessary and sufficient condition for each good and service before entering the market but also a foundation for the development of the organization's assets. Recognizing that role, Hanoi University of Industry has registered intellectual property rights for the school's trademark at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, Ministry of Science and Technology.
After receiving the university's trademark registration application, the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam conducted an examination and verification of the university's trademark.
On June 4, 2020, the National Office of Intellectual Property (Ministry of Science and Technology) officially issued a Certificate of Trademark RegistrationNumber: 352303 to Hanoi University of Industry. (Download here)
