In the morning of November 13th, 2016, the ceremony for granting Universal Milling certificates according to Japanese standards was held at Hanoi University of Industry.
Mr. Tomohiro Uchino – an JICA’s expert, General Department of Vocational Training, awardes certificates to two lecturers - Mr. To Tien Long and Mr. Truong Van Luong (Vietnam-Japan Center).
To qualify for the universal milling assessment held in Vietnam for the first time in June this year, two lecturers had to satisfy certain standards such as having several years of experience in teaching, holding many important positions in many vocational assessments and engaging themselves in these assessments.
After 3 months, JAVADA announced and recognized evaluation results of these teachers. They are the first assessors in Vietnam to receive vocational certification of this type provided by JAVADA.
Within the context of Vietnam’s socio-economic context, vocational training contributes significantly to promoting economic development. The role of the assessor staff is especially important in helping businesses and organizations evaluate and effectively utilize human resources, develop technical skills as well as fundamental to the development of strategies and prediction of trend of the industry in the future.
