HaUI Student Scientific Research Awards Ceremony 2021

On December 23, 2021, Hanoi University of Industry held the Closing and Awarding Ceremony of Students Scientific Research 2021.

Attending the ceremony, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Duc Quy - Rector of HaUI, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Hong Quan - Chairman of the University Council, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Bong - Vice-Rector of HaUI; representatives of departments, faculties, training centers; lecturers and over 500 students. Due to the complication of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was organized both in online and offline forms.

Speaking at the conference, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Duc Quy - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the school emphasized the meaning and role of promoting and nurturing the movement of young scientific research and creativity of students in improving the quality of training, associated with application, transfer, followed up with practical needs in order to serve the community.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Duc Quy has sent trust, hope as well as sincere advice to all students of the university; thereby inspiring and nurturing dreams of scientific research, helping students confidently start implementing research topics.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Duc Quy awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups of students who won the Scientific Research Student Award in 2021 by the Ministry of Education and Training

Before that, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vu Minh Tan - Deputy Head of the Department of Science and Technology presented a report summarizing scientific research activities of students in the academic year 2020 - 2021. The Scientific Research students Award saw dynamic growth in both scale and quality as it attracts hundreds of scientific research projects each year and made an increase in the number of participants.

In the academic year 2020 - 2021, the Scientific Research Students Award has attracted a total of 358 scientific research projects of 1.396 students divided into 10 sci-tech fields including Mechanical, Chemical Technology, Automotive Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, Garment Technology, Accounting and Auditing, Business Management, Tourism. In which, 346 projects were successfully qualified.

After the preliminary and final evaluation, the Organizing Committee awarded 37 First prizes, 44 Second prizes, 57 Third prizes and 208 Consolation prizes.
