HaUI students respond to Traffic Safety campaign

On November 26th, 2019, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with the Traffic Safety Department of Ha Nam province and Honda Vietnam organized a training course on safety driving knowledge and skills for nearly 600 K14 students at Ha Nam. Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Vice Rector of the university attended the event.

The training course is to improve knowledge about traffic safety among students; encourage movement to learn about traffic safety and minimize traffic accidents among young people and the community.

At the training course, representatives of Honda Vietnam instructed students with basic safety driving knowledge and skills.

Students also participated in the theory contest "Youth with traffic culture"

Not only listening to the theoretical knowledge, students were also excited to participate in the game of "chasing the word" with the topic of traffic.

At the practical test, the students carefully followed the instructions on how to drive safely from Honda Vietnam experts.

After the training course on safety knowledge and driving skills, there was the Closing Ceremony of Traffic Safety campaign with Honda Vietnam in 2019. The campaign is organized annually to create a change in awareness and participating behaviors and improvement of knowledge, safe driving skills for students, thereby reducing traffic accidents.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Mr. Le Van Tuan - Deputy Head of Traffic Safety Department, Deputy Director of Ha Nam Police Department acknowledged and thanked the positive activities of Hanoi Industrial University for many years for contributing to actively involved in ensuring traffic and safety in the province.

Representative of Ha Nam Police Department and Department of Transport awarded 10 students with best practice exam results.

Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Vice Rector of HaUI and Mr. Phung Van Hue - Head of Safety Division, Honda Vietnam presented prizes to 15 students with the best theory test results.
