HaUI welcomes and works with the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam
On the afternoon of March 6, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) hosted and held discussions with the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV).
Overview of the meeting
To become Vietnam's leading application-oriented university, operate under a comprehensive autonomy model, and pioneer digital transformation and smart governance, HaUI is striving to ensure that its educational products rank among the top in Vietnam in terms of meeting labor market demands. The university is also recognized for its creativity and entrepreneurship. Additionally, its scientific and technological outputs are widely acknowledged and applied domestically, with some areas reaching regional and international standards.
Dr. Nguyen Van Thien, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry, stated that the university is working towards completing its "Smart University" model by accelerating digital transformation in management, education, and research. This strategy includes building a modern, synchronized, secure, and efficient digital infrastructure.

In recent years, HaUI has implemented online learning platforms and applied information technology in teaching and learning to enhance self-study and research capabilities, offering students learning opportunities anytime, anywhere. Furthermore, HaUI has achieved significant success in research and technology transfer. The university prioritizes innovation and research closely linked to training, addressing practical problems from businesses, and providing a high-quality workforce to meet societal demands.

During the working session, the leadership and representatives of both institutions exchanged experiences in university governance, digital transformation, training management, scientific research, and faculty development. The discussions particularly focused on breakthrough measures for advancing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, emphasizing the pioneering role of intellectuals and scientists in the nation's era of development.
