Nitori Awards Scholarships to HaUI Students

On October 29, 2024, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) held the Nitori International Scholarship Award Ceremony, celebrating the achievements of outstanding students from various faculties. The total scholarship value for this year amounted to 260 million VND, benefiting students from majors such as Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Chemical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering Technology, Mechatronic Engineering Technology, Business Administration, and Accounting.

This ceremony marked yet another milestone in HaUI's enduring partnership with both domestic and international enterprises. For many consecutive years, these partnerships have gone beyond financial aid, extending to career counseling seminars, business visits, and equipment sponsorships. Such initiatives have significantly enhanced students’ professional development, connecting them with real-world industry demands. In the 2023-2024 academic year alone, corporate sponsorship for HaUI students reached nearly 15 billion VND, with 4.9 billion VND allocated to student scholarships.

The Nitori Scholarship Fund has played a pivotal role in this success. Over the past nine years, the fund has consistently supported HaUI students, awarding more than 200 scholarships to those who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievements. This long-term commitment reflects the shared vision between the university and its partners in fostering a dynamic and innovative student body.

One of this year's scholarship recipients, Nguyen Duc Luong, a Business Administration student from HaUI's School of Economics, shared his gratitude and experiences. He highlighted how the scholarship and the university’s various support programs have empowered students to pursue their academic and career goals with greater confidence.

HaUI continues to strengthen its ties with the business community, ensuring that its students are well-prepared to contribute meaningfully to the industries of the future.
