Rector of Vientiane-Hanoi Friendship Vocational College Visits HaUI

Dr. Outhay Bannavong-Rector of VHFVC had a meeting on April 2^nd with HaUI leaders on the educational and training cooperation between the two sides.

On HaUI’s side, Dr. Bui Thi Ngan, Vice Rector, and heads of related units attended the meeting.

In her talk with Dr. Outhay Bannavong, Dr. Bui Thi Ngan said HaUI will continue to award scholarships to Laotian students, to implement cooperative activities and other exchange programs, thereby, promoting the understanding and strengthening the long-lasting friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation of the two schools in particular and the two countries Vietnam-Lao in general.

On behalf of Vientiane-Hanoi Friendship Vocational College, Dr Outhay Bannavong expressed his thanks to the support from HaUI leaders. The joint educational programs between the two sides have made great contribution to training high quality human resources for Laos, meeting its social-economic development demand.
