The 13th Conference for summarizing and awarding students in scientific research

On the morning of June 30, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry held the 13th Conference for summarizing and awarding students in scientific research, the academic year 2021 - 2022; 384 student research projects have been accepted, including 38 First prizes, 57 Second prizes and 73 Third prizes.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Duc Quy - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University emphasized at the Conference: The quantity and quality of scientific research projects are increasing, having creativity, scientific and practical value. In order for students' scientific research activities to be more and more effective and practical, staff and lecturers need to pay attention to invest in groups of students doing scientific research, considering students as an important resource for training, fostering; meanwhile, students make effort to find new directions, practical and effective scientific topics.

Reporting at the Conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Minh Tan - Deputy Head, Department of Science and Information Technology: The total number of students’ scientific research topics in the academic year 2021 - 2022 successfully accepted and defended was 384 topics, with the participation of 1,650 students, of which 1,610 students won prizes.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Duc Quy - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University awarded certificates of merit to the students who won the First prize at the National Olympiad in Physics, Mathematics, Mechanics and Informatics and the First prize of Procon Vietnam

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hong Quan - Chairman of the School Council and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Bong awarded certificates of merit to the students who won the Second prize at the National Olympiad in Physics, Mathematics, Mechanics and Informatics and the Second prize of Procon Vietnam

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong - Head of Science and Technology Department awarded certificates of merit to students of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Electronics who won the First prize in scientific research at School level

Dr. Than Thanh Son - Dean of the Training Department awarded certificates of merit to students of Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Accounting and Auditing who won the First prize in scientific research at School level

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Tien Dung - Dean of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering awarded certificates of merit to students of the Faculty of Information Technology and Faculty of Chemistry Technology who won the First prize in scientific research at School level

Comrade Do Minh Hien - Secretary of the University’s Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to students of the Faculty of Automotive Technology and Faculty of Business Administration who won the First prize in scientific research at School level

Student Nguyen Thi Nga – Class 3, K14 on behalf of students participating in scientific research expressed her gratitude to the University leadership and instructors for always accompanying and supporting, arousing the passion of scientific research to the students. Hopefully, in the coming years, students of Hanoi University of Industry will be more and more interested in scientific research and have more quality products.
