MoU signing ceremony between LETCO Company and Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics
On the morning of March 12, LETCO Company (under Hanoi University of Industry), and Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics had a working session and signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate in providing opportunities for students to participate in paid internship programs in Japan.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Dong Trung Chinh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics ; Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), Chairman of the Board of Members of LETCO Company; Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, Director of LETCO Company, along with staff from both institutions.

Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics, a 60-year-old institution, is a highly experienced and reputable vocational training unit under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, offering 19 college-level majors and 10 vocational training programs.
Mr. Dong Trung Chinh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics, expressed the desire to cooperate with LETCO Company and HaUI in sending students for internships and work in the Japanese market.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, HaUI’s Vice Rector, Chairman of the Board of Members of LETCO Company, stated: LETCO Company, an enterprise under Hanoi University of Industry has been fulfilling the role of a bridge in cooperative efforts, connecting students and labor force to the international labor market for over 20 years.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, Director of LETCO Company, emphasized: Currently, the number of Vietnamese people working abroad is increasing rapidly. Among them, the Japanese labor market is chosen by many Vietnamese workers thanks to its favorable working conditions and high income.
In the coming time, LETCO Company LETCO will continue to implement many solutions to improve the quality of training and enrollment. and vigorously implement the project "Training high-quality labor force to meet the requirements for Japanese labor market.”

Both parties hope that the cooperation between the two institutions will be deeply implemented, especially in the goal of expanding many cooperative programs; coordinating and supporting in training disciplines, sending students to work, and study in Japan, Korea, and other countries.

According to the memorandum of understanding, the two institutions agree on the following contents:
1. This program aligns with the functions and missions of both institutions, leveraging the advantages for the benefit of students from Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics. Successful implementation of this program will create conditions to promote the annual enrollment activities of Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics, addressing the interests of all participating parties. Building on the reliable political foundation, both parties agree to cooperate and coordinate specific tasks..
2. LETCO is the leading entity with the obligation to ensure and fully take responsibility for the legal aspects of all programs. They will select the most suitable programs to implement at Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics. All programs will be clearly and specifically communicated regarding the rights and obligations of participants.
3. LETCO Company appoints a representative officer stationed at Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics to support the college's staff in implementing the program, capturing and promptly resolving any issues to prevent incidents that may impact the reputation of both parties.
4. Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics has designated one office for the representative officer from LETCO Company to work at the college.
5. Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics will appoint a representative to regularly communicate with the representative of LETCO to coordinate program activities, ensuring optimal conditions for student participation. The college will provide support to address any issues promptly, avoiding incidents that may affect the reputation of both parties.
6. Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics is authorized to use information and images of the collaborative program for communication and promotion purposes.
