The "University-University-Enterprise" model empowers enterprises by supplying a technically proficient, multilingual workforce equipped with essential skills, enhancing the company’s global competitiveness. It also fosters the development of an internationally oriented talent pool, fully prepared for the modern era’s demands.

Under the 3+1 cooperation agreement, students will spend the first three years studying at HaUI under the main curriculum. In their fourth year, they will transfer to Guilin University of Electronic Technology in China, with academic results and credits recognized by both institutions. After completing the program, students commit to working at Goertek Vina Technology Co., Ltd. for a minimum of 18 months.
