3^rd Meeting of Joint Coordination Committee of HaUI - JICA Project (JCC3)

On the date of 19/6/2015, the 3^rd Meeting of Joint Coordination Committee of HaUI-JICA Project was held and chaired by Dr. Phương Hoàng Kim – Director General of Human Resource Development Department – Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT), Project Director.

Attendants of the Meeting were the Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) members from concerned ministries and agencies, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), and Ms. Yoko Tsuruya – the First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan to Vietnam, Mr. Mutsuya Mori – Chief Representative of JICA Vietnam Office, Mr. Takashi Matsushita – Project Formulation Senior Advisor, Dr. Nguyễn Hồng Minh – Deputy Director General of the General Department of Vocational Training (GDVT), Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), Mr. Nguyễn Đức Thọ - Rector of Technique Technology College (TTC), Mr. Trần Viết Phú – Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh Vocational College of Technology (HVCT) and other members of HaUI-JICA Project.

At the Meeting, reports on progress and outcomes of Project activities in the period from December 2014 to May 2015 were represented to JCC. In addition, activity plans for the period of June 2015 – November 2015 were delivered and submitted to the JCC. All JCC members and participants discussed and exchanged ideas on implementation of Project activities, incurred issues, modification of Project Design Matrix (PDM), model of training schemes for vocational trainers. TTC and HVCT, two key schools as Counterparts in the Project, also made comments on their participation in the Project.
