Based on demand of TVET institutions and industry, HaUI-JICA project continuously organized the 2nd round of TOT course on 3 fiels: Machining ( Program and Operation of Machining Center, Mechanical Maintenance of conventional machines), electronics field (Application of Micro controller into machine operation, PLC controller and inverter of MITSUBISHI) and electricity field (Electric system of conventional machines, Appliction of PLC and Industrial communication network).
There are 69 participants from TVET institutions and enterprises such as Vocational College of Mechanics and Irrigation, Haiphong Vocational College of Industry, Hanoi Vocational College of Industry, Vocational College of High Technical Technology, The Central Vocational College of Transport No.2, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), Ho Chi Minh Vocational College, Da Nang Vocationa College… and Precious Mechanical and Technology Transfer JSC. Sumitomo NACCO JSC…
Learners practice in PLC course
The training courses’ duration is from 2014 November to 2014 December . Each course last from 5 to 10 days.
According to Dr. Ha Xuan Quang, HaUI Vice Rector, the training course aims to help trainers and technicians update and upgrade their skills and knowledge following to Japan vocational training model. This is also the chance for them to exchange experience and mutual learning to narrow the gap between training side and production side.

Stated at the opening ceremony, Mr. Yorio Kanemaru, Chief Advisor of HaUI-JICA project hopes that participants will improve their knowledge, strengthen skills and update advanced technology in order to complete the training course successfully at HaUI. After the ceremony, participants quickly joined in the course following lecturer’s guidance. The 3rd round of TOT course will be held in the year of 2015 with 10 courses.
