Pham Tan Phat - a young man hailing from Bac Ninh - is currently majoring in Business Administration at Hanoi Industrial University, a promising and talented young MC.

Phat developed a passion for the Arts from a young age. He harbors a strong passion for being on stage, conveying stories, and messages to people. However, due to his family's desire for Phat to pursue a stable career, he had to keep his dreams secret.

Tan Phat candidly revealed: "Since I was a child, my parents have always wanted me to become a doctor, a teacher, or a stable government official in the future. Seeing my older sister not being supported when she wanted to pursue the Arts, I started saving money from a young age to fulfill my dreams."

He consistently excelled in his studies and pursued his passions. He self-studied and trained to enhance his MC skills. Phat actively participated in numerous clubs, courses, workshops, and didn't hesitate to work as an assistant to learn from others, gaining experience, skills, and exposure to the working environment. He also engaged in various roles such as freelance modeling, photography, and participated in many artistic activities at Hanoi University of Industry.

2023 was a tumultuous year for Phat. He encountered two accidents, resulting in deformities on half of his face. It seemed like all the dreams and aspirations of this 21-year-old young man had to be set aside. Family and friends advised Phat to give up his dream of becoming an MC. However, he didn't give up. Phat persevered, trained hard, and improved his appearance and voice.

Thanks to his efforts, he achieved certain successes. Phat won the Second Prize in the Professional MC category at ST Lighthouse, the Most Impressive Contestant in the Basic MC course, ranked Top 17 in the Talent Search at HaUI, won Best Face and Best Talent - King Queen of POA club, and participated in artistic performances as a dancer in many major events of Hanoi University of Industry such as: Cultural Festival , Luminous Hanamorny, Graduation Ceremony,... Phat also had the opportunity to host many large and small programs, meeting and networking with many celebrities.

Emotionally choked up, he expressed: "I'm very happy that I could overcome the difficulties to pursue my passion. I'm also very grateful to those who have always encouraged and supported me throughout this time." Phat has shown that with effort and determination, we can overcome any obstacles to achieve our dreams.

Previously, Phat suffered from social communication anxiety. He was very reserved, mainly due to insecurity and fear of not knowing what to say. To overcome this obstacle, Phat implemented some methods such as focusing on improving his appearance, voice, and body language. He practiced improving his smile and facial expressions in front of the mirror daily, changed his hairstyle, learned about fashion styles, engaged in sports training, and always sought self-improvement.

Moreover, he also developed the habit of reading books, writing diaries to enhance his vocabulary and organize his ideas more coherently. Phat always tried to practice with family and friends as much as possible to gradually reduce his fear of social communication.

Through relentless effort, Phat gradually overcame difficulties, becoming a confident and competent MC. He shared: "Everyone faces their own difficulties and obstacles. However, we must have the determination and willpower to overcome them.

In 2024, Phat hopes to graduate with high achievements, participate in many talent competitions, and develop his presence on the TikTok platform. With his determination and youthful vigor, he always wants to challenge himself in various fields to explore and maximize his potential. Phat also had the opportunity to host many large and small programs, meeting and networking with many celebrities.

Pham Tan Phat is a shining example for young people on the path to pursuing their dreams. He has overcome many challenges and setbacks to become a young, talented MC. He has inspired young people to always believe in themselves, exert their utmost efforts to turn their dreams into reality.

As a typical Gen Z student, Tan Phat wants to convey to young people: "The scariest thing is the day when you have nothing to strive for." I don't know how the fun activities, the friends we meet in our twenties will influence us at the age of thirty. But I'm sure that self-effort at the age of twenty is very important. It determines where we are, what we do, and who we are at the age of thirty. Tan Phat hopes that young people will strive to turn their dreams into reality.
