An excellent female student at School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, HaUI: A Rose in the Engineering field with aspirations to surpass herself
Nguyen Thi Huong, a student majoring in Industrial Systems at the School of Mechanical Engineering – Automotive, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), comes from a difficult background in the rural area of Bac Giang. Overcoming all obstacles, Hương strives to be positive and active in participating in Youth Union and Student Association activities, achieving high academic results, and becoming an inspiration to her friends.
"It doesn't matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop"
A radiant face and a bright smile are what leave a lasting impression on everyone upon first meeting Hương. Always optimistic and looking at things in the most positive light, leaving behind the difficulties, Huong has strongly overcome these obstacles to study and live a kind, aspirational life.

Then, the 18-year-old girl became a university student. Friends and family were quite surprised when Hương chose to study Engineering. Hương shared: "Hanoi University of Industry and the Mechanical Engineering sector have always been a goal that I have pursued and determined to conquer since I was a high- school student. I was extremely happy to get accepted into the Industrial Systems major at the School of Mechanical Engineering – Automotive, Hanoi University of Industry because I had surpassed myself, achieved my dream, and I believe I made the right choice."
For this girl, bravery and determination have helped her achieve initial successes. Huong is fond of the saying: "It doesn't matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop." Therefore, improving each day is already a success, Huong said.

Sharing about her academic orientation, Hương said she is determined to thoroughly hone her specialized knowledge and Chinese language skills so that in the future, she can work at Foxconn Group or any company in the industrial park in her hometown, Bac Giang. Huong also shared a dream of studying abroad in China to seek better development opportunities in the future.

Huong added: "I feel very fortunate to study at Hanoi University of Industry. Here, I study in a friendly, happy environment; there are favorable conditions to develop relationships, opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills such as presentation skills, communication, adaptability in different environments, critical thinking, etc. These are strengths in the training program at the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering that I find suitable for the current labor market requirements."

"From the first year of studying at the Hà Nam campus, I saw friends and seniors enthusiastically participating in competitions, activities, and events, so I was very interested. Therefore, I boldly signed up for extracurricular clubs, Green Summer campaigns, and actively participated in Youth Union and Student Association activities with friends at Hanoi University of Industry."
