Expanding Cooperation to Train Students to Become Global Citizens

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Hanoi University of Industry and Kwangwoon University

In alignment with this vision, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and Kwangwoon University, Korea have embarked on a significant partnership to enhance educational and research collaboration. On July 19, these esteemed institutions formalized their collaboration, underscoring several critical areas of mutual interest:

Exchange of Lecturers and Researchers: Both universities will facilitate the exchange of academic staff to promote cross-cultural teaching and research methodologies, enriching the educational environment.

Student and Cultural Exchange: Programs enabling students to study abroad and participate in cultural exchanges will be implemented, broadening their global perspectives and fostering international friendships.

Educational and Research Material Exchange: Sharing research publications, educational resources, and scholarly information will enhance the academic and research capabilities of both institutions.

Joint Conferences and Seminars: Organizing educational and research conferences and seminars will provide platforms for knowledge sharing and collaborative innovation.

Joint Training Programs: The introduction of dual degree programs, such as the 2+2 and 3+1 models, will allow students to benefit from the academic strengths of both universities.

Scholarship Support: Financial aid and scholarships will be provided to support deserving students in their academic pursuits.

A distinctive feature of this collaboration is the involvement of IB Tech Group, a prominent player in the semiconductor chip industry. This partnership will open numerous avenues for students to study and work in Korea, particularly in the high-demand semiconductor field. HaUI is committed to maintaining high training standards to meet the industry’s needs for skilled professionals.
