Industrial Revolution 4.0 will mark an era of free selection of investment methods, optimization of the human resource, improvement of productivity and efficiency, creating a breakthrough in growth rate. The impact of the industrial revolution will fundamentally change the socio-economic systems both in scope and in depth. It will engender great opportunities and challenges as well and the human resource is one of the deciding factors. Consequently, the training of personnel will have to change to adapt to the new demand of the labor market.
Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh stressed that the training of high quality personnel must be considered from a holistic perspective
At the event, Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh said: “We must directly look at our current weaknesses: the training institutions under the Ministry of Industry and Trade lack personnel training in both quantity and quality, teaching equipment is not up to requirement, the teach method is outdated, without practical value. All these problems lead to the sub-par quality of our output which fails to meet the increasing standard of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Consequently, the development of human resource must be thoroughly re-evaluated in the current period as well as in the future in the face of new requirements and challenges”.
