Hanoi University of Industry welcomes over 7,000 new undergraduate students of cohort 17

On October 10 and 11, 2022, in the cool weather of the autumn, the Welcome festival for freshmen was taken place at Campus 1 and Campus 3 of Hanoi University of Industry with many meaningful activities for more than 7,000 students of cohort 17.

The welcoming event has created lively ambience in the university with various impressive activities such as camping, flash mob dancing, music performances, traditional and modern games.

Freshmen attentively enjoy the exciting musical performances.

The group of friends from the Faculty of Business Management was eager for the festival. Bich Ngoc – A freshman of Business Administration shared: We have completed the admission procedure early, we feel very happy and excited when coming to Ha Nam. We hope to have an amazing new school year.

Le Anh Tuyet (from Soc Son, Hanoi) – A freshman of Hotel Management faculty shared: This is the first time I have come to Ha Nam so I am really excited. I’m really impressed with interesting performances.

Nguyen My Linh and Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao – freshmen of Accounting and Auditing Faculty excitedly shared: We come from Bac Ninh. Fortunately, we are roommates as well as classmates. Hopefully, we will become closer and have a good time studying at HaUI.

Hoang Van Quan (a freshman of Faculty of Electrical Engineering) and his parents were excited on the first day of school. His father said: We are really impressed with the school's facilities and activities to welcome new students. We really feel secure when our son studies at Hanoi University of Industry.

​​​​​​Vuong Thanh Long (a freshman of the Faculty of Information Technology) and his parents were present early to attend the event. His mother shared: we really feel secure when sending our son to study at Hanoi University of Industry. Hopefully, HaUI‘s lecturers and students will have a successful school year.

The group of new friends living on the same floor at the dormitory had a great time on the first day of school.

4 new students of the Faculty of Automobile Technology were very impressed with the enthusiasm and youthfulness of the volunteer team. They shared: we will soon join the volunteer team to devote our youth to the Youth Union work and the youth movement.

The highlight of the event is the impressive and colorful musical performances.

Teachers of the faculties also spend time sharing general information about the Faculty, regimes, policies, and training programs for freshmen.
